地下鉄丸の内駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所に２０２１年１２月１０日にオープンの居酒屋、今回はオープン前のレセプションに参加させていただきました、ありがとうございます♪
店内はカウンター９席とテーブル５卓の席数、それにテラス席も３卓ほどありました。
メニューはジヘイの推しという鳥ももの肉汁焼き、牛タン低調刺しの花咲か盛り、石焼き新鮮レバー、味噌肉じゃが&つけパン、牛すじ豆腐、本日のおばんざい盛り合わせなどをはじめ、刺身に天ぷら、唐揚げなどの揚げ物、出汁巻きにポテサラ、鳥だし大根、肉巻き下仁田ねぎ、スコッチドエッグなどがあり種類はそこまで多くはないもののなかなか魅力的な料理が並んでいますね。
いろいろと料理をいただきましたがいくつか気に入ったものをピックアップして書かせてもらうとまずはスコッチドエッグ、おっきくてまんまるの食べ応えあるボリュームで割ってみると中からはとろ〜っと卵の黄身があふれてきます。カリッとした衣にジューシーなお肉ととろとろの卵、それにクリーミーなトマトのソースが実にイイですね、すごく美味しいです。
次に味噌肉じゃが&つけパン、コレも絶品ですね、しっかりと味噌が染みたとろとろのお肉にじゃがいも、濃厚な味ながらもクドさとかは感じることもなく、さらにカリカリのパンとの絶妙なコンビネーションも見事です。
それに一本丸ごと肉巻き下仁田ねぎ、下仁田ネギはすごく甘みが強くてそれだけでも十分なくらいですが、そこにジューシーなお肉の脂がすごくマッチしていますね、コレもすごく美味しかったです。
そのほかの料理もひと工夫されているようなものばかりでどれも良かったですね、なかなかにおもしろいお店だと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
