栄の繁華街、錦三地区のビルの２階に２０２２年６月６日にオープンした焼肉店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内は完全個室となっていて、コンセプトはカジュアル&リッチな肉空間。カウンター個室から最大２０名入れる個室、ワンランク上のVIP個室などがありいろんな場面にも対応できる造りになっています。
お肉はCasual、Rich、和牛ホルモン、豚&鶏といったカテゴリーになっていて、Casualが牛タンき牛福ハラミ、和牛福カルビ、和牛内モモ、和牛福ロースなど、Richは厚切り牛タン、和牛ザブトン、和牛イチボ、和牛厚切りサーロインなどが並んでいます。値段はカジュアルでもカルビで１１８０円、ハラミで１４８０円とお値段はカジュアルではない感じ、Richだと上カルビやイチボで１７８０円といったお値段ですが、３８０円のとんちゃんや５８０円の豚カルビなどはリーズナブルですね。また、サイドメニューには和牛ローストビーフや和牛ローストユッケ、石焼ビビンバにローストビーフ丼、自家製テールクッパ、福冷麺、自家製テールラーメンなどのシメのご飯ものなどがありました。
その中からいただいたのは和牛炙りカルビに厚切りタン、和牛切り落としなど。和牛炙りカルビは薄切りのカルビを炙るように焼いて塩ダレのネギを巻いていただきます。薄切りながらも大きさがあるので食べ応えもあり、ジューシーな脂のシャキッとしたネギの食感が実に良いですね。
和牛切り落としは数量限定メニュー、なかなかに質のイイお肉で量もあってコレはなかなかにおトクですね。盛り付けにはこだわっていないみたいなので見た目はそんなにですが味はすごく美味しいかったです。
お肉は若干の当たりハズレはありましたがサービス面もしっかりしていて全体的に悪くなかったですね、お店のコンセプトのとおり、いろんな場面で使える悪くないお店だと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
