まだ夕食には早い時間帯ですが、こちらのお店であんかけスパゲッティをいただくことにしました。
夕食時ではないので、お客さんはまばらです。
さっそくあんかけスパゲッティ（ミラカン）を注文。実はあんかけスパゲッティを食べるのは初めてで、今まで勝手にあまりおいしくないだろうと思い込んでいました。
さっそく運ばれてきたあんかけスパを口に。意外や意外、パスタのもっちりした歯ごたえと、しっかり味付けされているあんが良く合って美味しい。これは新しい発見でした。
もちろん、お店によって当たりはずれはあるのでしょうが、こちらのお店のあんかけスパゲッティは当たりのようです。
あまりお腹も空いていなかったのですが、あんかけスパを夢中になって一心不乱に食べきってしまいました。
麺類の新たな境地を切り拓いた名古屋の旅でした。お店を紹介してくれた方に感謝。
また名古屋に来たらあんかけスパゲッティをいただこうと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
