名古屋中区久屋・丸の内エリアに新星現る！フクロウということで、ラーメン店が今度は鉄板焼を始めたのかと思いましたが、大将が頑張ってるのが頼もしい、なかなか美味しい鉄板焼屋さんでした！

以前は多分居酒屋だったという記憶があります。
フクロウというネーミングの意味は謎ですが、５月の連休中にオープンという強者になぜか妙に感心！
ランチで利用してみました。
頂いたのは、和牛すき焼きランととトンテキランチで、ともに大盛は無料が嬉しいですね。
A4等級以上の和牛使用とのすき焼きランチは、なかなか美味しいと思いました。
陶器の丼が印象的で、スプーンでいただきます。
あっさりとした味付けで、全く胃にもたれません。
赤出汁があると良いと思います。
トンテキ定食は、野菜、トマト付きのプレートで提供されます。
やや豚肉は堅いものの、しっかりとした味付けが印象的ですね。
3割ぐらいが女性客で、女性スタッフもキビキビと応対していて良いと思います。
