この日は瑞浪で大人の遠足をしたのち
大須、栄を散歩してお腹を空かせることに
日も落ち少し小腹が空いてきたところで
この日の締めとして
こちら「ロルト」さんにお邪魔しました！
野菜畑の名を冠するこちらは文字通り
野菜とワインにこだわったお店とのこと
さらに21時からは〆パフェもされているとのことで
そちらも目当てに訪問。
場所は錦のど真ん中のビルの3階にあり、
飲んだあとにぶらっと寄っても良さそう。
店内はカウンターだけでなくテーブル席も
数席あり、BARとしてもレストランとしても
利用できそう。
カウンターに着席してメニューを見ると
野菜や季節の魚を使ったアラカルト、
グラスワインの種類も充実しています。
ワインのセットもあるのでそちらをお願いしても
いいですね！
今回は〆パフェを目当てにお邪魔したので
フードは軽めにお願いしました。
まずはドリンク
スパイス香る自家製サングリア
一軒目で飲んだためノンアルでいただきましたが
アルコールが入っていなくても
ちょっとアルコール感を味わえる大人の味わい！
お通しとして
ドライトマトのキッシュとクッキー
キッシュはドライトマトの締まった酸味と甘味が
アクセントになり小さいながら美味しいですね！
アラカルト
本マグロのカルパッチョ
新玉ねぎとキュウリのスライスを合わせたこちらは
野菜の食感がよく、オリーブオイルとマグロの
脂との相性がいいです！
畑の恵み野菜のテリーヌ
旬の野菜で作られたこちらのテリーヌは
新鮮な野菜の風味を優しい出汁の味わいが
引き立てるようで白ワインが欲しくなる一品！
ここでそろそろ〆パフェということで
パフェ2種類から
マンゴーとココナッツのパフェ
ニ種類の産地のマンゴーとココナッツを
ベースに構成されており
マンゴーは糖度が高くトロンとした甘味！
ココナッツのセミブレットやアイスの甘味を
底に敷かれたティラミスのエスプレッソの苦味が
引き締めバランスが取れていました！
ペアリングでお願いしたハーブティーの
爽やかなレモンの香りを堪能しながら
ソムリエさん方といろいろお話をさせていただき
気持ち良くお店を後にしました。
次はこだわりの野菜を使ったコースを
いただきにきます！
