むつみ小路にオープンした「StanDining やまびこ」の姉妹店。
店主は、StanDining やまびこで働いていた方で、鉄板焼き店で5年ほど働いていた経験があるそう。
小鉢盛り合わせ[小] (980円)、とどろき焼き (980円）などを頼んだ。
付き出しとして、出汁とキャビアが出た。
小鉢盛り合わせは、昆布キュウ、ウズラナーラ、タコンブ、メタキャベツの4品盛り合わせ。
それぞれ単品として注文が可能で、料理名からしてオリジナリティに拘ってる印象。
とどろき焼きは、セルクルリングを使って焼いたおこのみ焼き風の料理で、小さなブロック状の山芋や、挽肉などが入っていて、ハンバーグのようなお好み焼きで美味しかった。
