名古屋一人旅にて、栄の店を探してて見つけた 鉄板轟。
大将もスタッフの方も一人の僕を温かく迎えてくれて最高に楽しみました。
鉄板焼だけど、最初に御出汁をすすって一息ついて落ち着いた味にお酒を飲む気満々になりました。
前菜の盛合せから、ボリューム満点で、コスパよし！
ビールが進みます。
続いて鉄板で焼いた麻婆豆腐、ピリッとお酒に合う味付けで旨い！
元気な大将のおすすめでお好み焼き、分厚い生地の中に具材が沢山！
ライブ感もあって気さくな人たちのおかげで栄の夜を愉しめました！
