お初で。高層ビルの一階ですごくきれいでスッキリとした店内。おすすめメニューにはいわゆる普通のきしめんは無いのでオーダーメイドにしてみた。量→普通、つゆ→白、トッピング→かつおぶし、天ぷら→えび天と玉ねぎリング天、薬味→ネギ増し。着丼。まず丼ぶりがおしゃれ。麺は幅広できしめんと言っていいのかと思うほど。つゆはきれいに透き通っている。お味はというと見た目どおり品のいい味。きしめんは柔らかめでツルっと喉に消えていく。天ぷらは熱々でサクっと軽い味。別皿で提供される。天つゆは付いて無いのでつゆにつけて食べるのだが油があまりつゆに染みないのできしめんがあっさりと食べられる。おいしくつゆまで完食。
これまでで一番上品で名古屋駅の住よしと対極の店だと思う(住よしも大好きなので念のため笑)。
