入口すぐに精肉店がありお肉が購入できます。
そして奥にある有料のVIPROOMへ。2人で
ゆったりと焼肉を堪能してきました。
ユッケは自身で卵とタレを入れ肉の味付け
をします。肉の旨味がでて美味しくいただき ました。
赤身肉とネギを出汁と一緒に食べるのは
珍しい食べ方でした。食べると出汁と肉が
合っていて新しい発見の食べ方で良かった
です。
極上の名の通り、トモタンカクやシンシン
は見た目が美味しそうで良い肉が確定して
ました。柔らかくて旨味のある赤身はいい
ですね。
チーズ石焼ビビンバは店員さんが作ってく
れました。混ぜてからトロトロチーズがか
かります。食べると、チーズくどさはなく
かなり美味しい石焼ビビンバになってました
これはまた食べたい！
綺麗でお洒落な部屋で食べる焼肉はいいです
ね。スタッフさんも感じ良かったし素敵なお
店を発見できました。
