名古屋のナディアパーク近くにある「はなぶさ精肉店」さんに行ってきました。
道行く人が「ここって美味しいんだよね～」と語らいながら歩いてて、お店に入る前から期待が高まります‼️
精肉店が営む焼肉屋さん。
建物2階部分にあるのでちょっぴり隠れ家的な感じ。
店内入るとまずはお肉屋さんの冷蔵ケースがお出迎え。
ランチは牛カルビ焼肉定食やMIXホルモンの焼肉定食等の焼肉の他、ハンバーグランチなどがありました。
今回はA5黒毛和牛を100％使用したハンバーグのランチを頂きました。
・210はなぶさハンバーグ定食（140g＋70g）2250円
・名古屋コーチンの卵150円
・鬼おろしポン酢200円
めっちゃ柔らかなレアハンバーグを好みの焼き加減に焼きながら食べる今流行りのやつですよ。
・自家製にんにくペッパーソース
・オリジナルブレンド塩
・高菜入りわさび
と3種類の調味料が付いてきます。
まずは何もつけずにそのまま頂くと和牛の脂の甘みと焼けた香ばしい香りがして美味しい～♪
それぞれの調味料やトッピングした鬼おろしポン酢や名古屋コーチンなどと何通りもの食べ方を楽しみ大満足❗️
そうそう、小鉢2品はズラっと並んでいる中自分の好きな物2品選べましたよ。
さらにご飯おかわり自由‼️
満腹確定ですね♪
