錦三の大津通り沿いにある居酒屋さんです。
いつの間にか大津通り沿いに見覚えのある横綱豚さんの看板。矢場とんができたのかと思いきや「昔の矢場とん」。
味噌串かつと味噌おでんで呑むスタイルの間違いないお店ですね。
急階段で2階へ上がるとまずお店の説明。味噌かつや定食は有りませんとの事。来店するお客さん一人一人に説明しています。
見れば客層は観光客が多いので、看板に釣られて味噌かつを食べに来てしまうお客さんも多いのでしょうね。
カウンター席へ掛けると味噌串かつ、味噌おでんなど定番の料理を中心にオーダー。どれも間違いない味。
大根などは芯まで濃い茶色が染みており濃厚な旨味に痺れる。旨い。これは酒が止まらん。
〆のどて煮丼まで濃厚な味噌尽くしで大満足。やはり味噌は赤味噌だなと強く再認識した夜でした。ごちそうさま。
