蟹の専門店って、東京とかで流行ってきてはいますが、乗っかった感じで、単刀直入にあまり他人にお勧めできるお店ではなかったです。
接客、料理法、高級店ならではとは言わないけど、錦のど真ん中のお店で、見送りしませんか？？
料理はというと、紅ズワイやウニを贅沢にといった高級な食材を出してくれたのだが、、、カニの旨みがなかった。コスパは悪くないのに、料理、調理法、提供方法は素人レベルでした。雰囲気や器もいいもの使ってる感あるから、もう少し顧客満足度を上げてほしいかなと思いました。
