小籠包の皮が厚めの見た目ですが、いただいてみるとふわふわなので全然きになりません。
厚めの皮なのにトップのねじりも柔らかく、過去に食べた厚めの皮の小籠包のなかでも特筆すべきレベルの柔らかさです。
中のスープも美味しくて、通っちゃうね
焼き小籠包も一般的な焼き小籠包より柔らかい
担々麺は辛いけどスープが甘い
青菜炒めは普通です
