栄のオアシス21向かいにあるビルの地下１階に２０２３年３月６日にオープンした居酒屋です、さっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター８席とテーブル６卓程度の席数、２０時過ぎくらいに入りましたが７割程度の客入りでした。
メニューは店名にもなっている看板メニューの手羽先のスパイシー揚げをはじめ、馬刺し、赤卵のだし巻き玉子といったおすすめ料理、それにアヒージョ、とろっとろの牛すじ土手串、牛１００%鉄板ハンバーグといったお肉料理、味噌串カツ、プリプリ大粒海老マヨなどの揚げ物、炙り大トロしめ鯖、自家製生地のこだわりピッツァなどなどなかなか魅力的なラインナップです。
その中からいただいたのは手羽先のスパイシー揚げに牛すじ土手串、牛１００%ハンバーグなど。牛すじ土手串はすごく柔らかな牛すじで濃厚な土手がしっかり染みていますね、お酒がススみます。
手羽先のスパイシー揚げは１本１９０円で３本からの注文、タレと塩が選べましたがもちろんタレをチョイス、通常の3倍という手羽先はすごく肉厚、カリッとした強めの食感の衣がすごく心地よくお肉もジューシー、それに黒胡椒などのスパイシーな刺激もたまらないですね、この手羽先はワタクシの好きなタイプです。
そして牛１００%ハンバーグはアツアツの鉄板で登場、牛１００%ならではのレアな焼き加減でしっかりとした肉感が感じられる食感にお肉の甘みが楽しめますね、美味しかったです。
ほかにも炙り大トロしめ鯖とか肉厚刺身くらげわさびポン酢とか気になる料理がいろとあったのでまたお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
