This is Dining Bar that opened in April 2023 on the third floor of a building in the Nishikisan district of Sakae's downtown area.I tried it out on a weekday night. The restaurant has 7 counter seats, box seats, and 3 private rooms, and when we arrived around 8pm, the people in the private rooms seemed to be buzzing with excitement. The menu included Steak, pasta, pizza, risotto, and other a la carte dishes such as fries, fried chicken, and Ajillo, as well as Sweets such as chiffon cake and gateau chocolat. At first, I was going to have Hamburg, but since I had my favorite Hamburg, I decided to change direction, and since it was called Steak, I couldn't miss it. The Hamburg master's Hamburg is plump and juicy, and you can really enjoy the flavor of the meat.It's pretty good.It's not fancy, but I might like it quite a bit. For a side dish, I ordered the cream pasta with sea urchin and tobiko.The sea urchin doesn't make a strong statement, but the mellow cream and the fluffy tobiko.The pasta has a chewy texture and you can feel the flavor of the wheat, and the sauce is firm. It came together and was quite delicious. The food was better than I expected, but the drinks were a bit pricey due to the location, but I think it's a good value for a course, and there's Karaoke in the private room, so I think it would be a good idea to use it that way.
