3月に栄にOPENしたばかりのイタリアン酒場マリナラさんへ行って来ました
ライブ感溢れるカウンター席やゆっくりできるテーブル席やカップルシートも完備。
入口には名物の牡蠣がずらりと並んでいます✨

まずは名物の産地厳選の生牡蠣。
確かに産地によって全然違う味わい！
個人的に豊前海一粒牡蠣が濃厚クリーミーで美味しかった。
マリナラソースやレモンで味変できるのも良き。
茄子のラザニアは濃厚とろーりなリコッタチーズともちもちパスタが美味しくてバケットにつけて食べても美味しかった！
ウフマヨの下のあん肝ソースもバケットにめちゃくちゃ合う。
新メニューのフォーチーズのピザは生地にイカ墨が練り込まれていて、コクと香ばしさが増して4種チーズと蜂蜜とナッツとの相性抜群◎
目の前のピザ釜で焼き上げてくれるので、もっちもちで美味しかった。
斬新だったのはレンコンを縦にカットしたフリット。
レンコン本来の味や繊維まで楽しめる！
味付けらシンプルに塩！めちゃくちゃお酒すすむやつ！
最後はデザートまで美味しく頂きました。
ごちそうさまでした。
栄で気軽にイタリアンが楽しめるお店があるのは嬉しい。
