KINGで大負けして、1人呑みで伺いました。
ケンシロウが弱すぎてラオウに勝てません 笑
栄のお店は何度も行ったことがあるので、お魚のおいしいお店という事は知ってました。
17時前に到着。めちゃめちゃ看板の電気もついてたので中に入りましたが17時開店と。カウンターに通してもらい、今日の勝負の反省をしながら17時になるのを待ちました。
17時になり、お刺身7種盛りと生をお願いする。
お刺身はどれも新鮮な歯ごたえで、ワカメがのってるのも嬉しい。盛り方が上手で、目でも満足です。
追加で頼んだ、赤鶏のももタタキは、弾力があるので噛みごたえもあり美味しい。炙ってあるのがいい。
混ぜて食べるあったか明太ポテサラは、店員さんが、その場でじゃがいもを崩して混ぜてくれます。忙しい時は大変だろうけど、この演出はいいですね。量も多いので、複数で来た方がいいです。
店員さんの対応も非常によかったし、期待通りのお料理で大満足でした。また来たいです。
