栄駅から徒歩数分の鉄板DINING煌錦邸へ…
初訪問・個室利用でしたので店内あまりわからなかったのですが殆どが個室の様に見えました。
今日は15000円のコースをいただきました。
白子は苦手なのでワタシは煮鮑からスタート笑
煮鮑は少々歯ごたえのある感じ、ノドグロは過不足無し。
ずわい蟹のしんじょうはあっさりながら旨みがあってとても美味しい。
雲丹ほうれん草はほうれん草の味付けが濃くてちょっと雲丹の旨みが勿体無い感じでしたが、伊勢海老とロッシーニは見映えもバッチリでとても美味しくいただきました。
全体的に味付けが濃い感じを受けましたが、贅沢な気分を味えたコースでした。
