栄のど真ん中に２０２３年９月１８日にオープンした名古屋メシをウリとした居酒屋です、さっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。２階から４階フロアが店舗となっていて２階がテーブル席、３階が掘りごたつとテーブル、４階が個室といった造りで席数は結構多くありそうですね。２０時ころに入りましたがそれほど混んではいませんでした。
メニューは味噌おでんに味噌串かつ、どて味噌煮込み、手羽先唐揚げ、名古屋コーチンの焼き鳥、さらには台湾焼きそばに鰻のひつまぶし、味噌きしめんなどシメのご飯ものに至るまで名古屋メシが充実しています。
もちろん名古屋メシ以外のメニューもありますが、ココに来たらやっぱりブラウン系の料理が食べたいんですよね、そんなわけでまずは国産手羽先揚げ、どて味噌串かつ、味噌おでん盛り合わせ 、どて味噌煮込みとワタクシの食べたいブラウン系の料理の盛り合わせ、伍味酉セットを注文です。
どて味噌串かつは衣に味噌が染み染みですがカリッとした食感がしっかり残っていて、中のお肉もほどよく脂が入って実にワタクシ好みの味噌串カツです。
どて味噌煮込みもすごく大きなお肉が入っていてしっかりと味噌も染みて柔らかくなっています。それに濃厚ながらもクドさを感じさせないこの味噌の味もすごく好きなんですよね、すごく美味しかったです。
やっぱりココの名古屋メシは美味しいですね、コテコテの名古屋メシが食べれる居酒屋ならココがおすすめです、ごちそうさまでした。
