Visited the store after 7pm on a Saturday. I was able to enter the store right away, but then I had to wait about 10 minutes. There was obviously an empty seat... Nagoya Cochin chicken skin ponzu sauce The sauce was quite flavorful. The skin is supposed to be fried, but I'm not sure if I want the texture to be firm or soft. Nagoya Cochin Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) (Thighs, Tsukune) The thighs were quite plump. The meatballs also have a nice ginger accent.The miso cutlet is quite firm. Miso oden with shrunken meat is surprisingly smooth. I'm sure your tastes will vary depending on the menu, but since you'll find all the Nagoya specialties, I think you'll be able to cover everything. However, the delivery time is very slow. This is quite disappointing. Will you visit again even if you are a tourist? It was that kind of feeling
