A spicy dish that ``that guy'' can't resist. The dishes prepared by the Sri Lankan chef with a lovely smile are all very delicious, with careful use of the ingredients and a hint of spice. I visited you on the first day of the relocation opening. No matter how much you eat, your stomach won't feel heavy and your mind and body will feel warm. The staff are cheerful and give detailed explanations, so I really recommend it! ○Sri Lankan Anchovy Potato Salad Unlike the mashed version, the potatoes are mixed with spices and anchovies. It's very filling, but be careful as green chili peppers are spicy. ○ Tuna Tail Steak You can enjoy a thick and juicy tuna tail that takes 40 minutes to cook. I have the impression that tuna gets dry when cooked, but this one is moist and rich like meat. And it's so creamy that you can melt it with a spoon. ○Curry leaf and cumin roti & mung bean tempered bean curry wrapped in a Crepes-like roti made with curry leaves and cumin. ○Tiger Shrimp Terdara Despite the spices, the shelled shrimp are so sweet! The green chili peppers that are fried together are very spicy, so be careful if you don't like them. ○ Soganoya Pork Spare Ribs Spice Confit Pineapple Spice Sauce The thick spare ribs here are also slowly cooked until they are tender and can be melted with a spoon. The spices bring out the flavor of the meat even when eaten as is, and of course you can't resist pairing it with the sweet pineapple sauce and couscous. ○Sri Lankan Aigake Curry (chicken and lentils) served with basmati rice. The chicken is filled with large chunks of meat and is packed with umami from being stewed. Lentil curry has a mild and gentle taste. It has a different taste that you can't compare. Perhaps it is the magic of the spices that allows you to eat so much of this dish, including the main meat and fish, and still not feel sick. I want to conquer the entire menu. I'll come back later.
