知人にお連れ頂いたら、なんと道に迷って辿り着けなった経験がございます。そんなわけで、初めてこちらにお伺いした時は、やや感動。お店の手前から、ロッヂ風(?)の建物が見え、胸が高鳴ります。
店内に入っても、その落ち着いたお店構えの心証は変わりません。やはりこうしたお店はぜひ少人数で活用されたいものです。
アラカルトでお願いするのですが、今回もお料理は圧巻。定番の生ウニチーズ焼きは、小さいカップにもられ表面の焼きチーズの殻を破ると、まったりこってりしたクリーミーな海の幸のエキスがあふれ出ます。そのままスプーンで掬って堪能するも良し、バケットと一緒に口に入れるも幸せでございます。
鮪ステーキ、オマール海老のソテーともにお野菜の調和もよく、白アスパラのリゾットは、香ばしさ風味といい歯ごたえもありお米の甘みもたっぷり味わえます。
もちろんワインの品揃えも充実。スパークリングにワインとボトルでお願いすると、もう帰りにはほろ酔いで昇天寸前の何モノでもございません。
嗚呼、次回が待ち遠しい一軒。わたしにとって、名古屋の洋食の3大レストランのひとつでございます。
