コースで注文しました。
ステーキ目的で訪問したのですが、お肉はそこまで際立っていませんでした。
しかし、1番最初に出てきたうにチーズには度肝を抜かれました。新鮮なウニがたっぷりと使われており、甘みと旨みが強くグラタンのような味わいです。ウニを使った料理としては、今まで食べてきた中で1番と言っても過言ではありません。コースにはほとんど入っていると思いますが、アラカルトで注文する際も絶対に頼んでおきたいです。
