This is my third visit. This is a stylish Korean Cuisine. I learned for the first time on this page that many famous Korean idols such as BTS visit the store from the comments of the store! The kimchi platter was kakteki (radish kimchi), oi kimchi (cucumber kimchi), and Chinese cabbage kimchi. The surface of the kakuteki and oikimchi was spicy, but you could really taste the sweetness of the vegetables, making them easy to eat and delicious. Stone-grilled bibimbap is healthy and delicious with plenty of vegetables. The soup was bland. Seafood pancake was easy to eat because the squid and octopus were cut into small pieces. Unit hot pot is Ethnic Cuisine hot pot, but it contains American-style ingredients such as Spam sausage.When I asked why, I was told that the South Korean army fought alongside the American army during the Korean War, so it is a mix of both cultures. It seems to be a pot made by combining these. The final dish is a hotpot called instant Ramen. It was my first experience with Shuri. It was a feast.
