左手前ビルの１階にある「お蕎麦屋さん」です
私がいつもオーダーするメニューは
「天せいろ」の蕎麦２枚
そして
天ぷらは「海老」と「アナゴ」のハーフ盛りに変更…
お蕎麦は「玄挽き」１枚と
「吟挽き」を１枚ずつにします
この組み合わせが
とても気に入っています

お蕎麦は産地などが違っているので
その特色を楽しみながら箸を進められます
天ぷらも
海老はプリプリで弾力があり
穴子はホクホクで柔らかく
厚みがあってマイルドな味わい！！
特に穴子の天ぷらはオススメ！！
