創業は大正10年で手打この道一筋です。
きしめんはうどんより薄めで幅広くてだし汁がよく染み込んでいます。また早く煮えますから食べやすいので昔から名古屋では超人気の食べ物です。
この店の麺は幅広くてコシがありますが、さらに茹でかたに微妙な調整をしていますから旨味を増します。
さらにダシ汁はきしめんにはたまりの赤ダシを使用して、天ぷらや京風のきしめんには白醤油の白ダシを使うなどかなりこだわりを持っています。
いつも食べていますのがザルきしで麺が冷水で引き締めてあって歯ごたえがたまらないのです。海苔と少しの薬味が逆に麺の旨味を増します。ただこの店の一番の人気はエビおろしでカラっとしたエビ天が美味しいと評判です。
