名古屋の栄で打合せが終わった後にランチタイムに訪問。予約しているか聞かれましたが店内は広くあっさり入れました。ただ限定10食のハンバーグはお弁当も込みなのか最後のハンバーグだったみたいでラッキーでした。
250グラムのハンバーグを注文。ちなみにお値段は2500円、ご飯のお代わり自由、ソースはデミグラスかオニオンか選べます。ふっくらとしているハンバーグの断面は見事に肉汁が溢れ出ました。大きめの挽肉で食べ応えもあり下味と肉汁の美味さにやられます。オニオンソースは味ごはっきりしていてハンバーグとツヤツヤのライスと合います。
ポーチドエッグを割って食べるハンバーグは目玉焼き乗せているより良いかも。半熟の黄身を上手く使いながら食べられます。ハンバーグだけじゃなくお代わりしたライス、上品な赤だし味噌汁の旨さが定食のレベルをグッと上げた感じがしています。次回はすき焼きを食べてみたいですね。
