CBCから直ぐのビルの1Fにある中華主体の創作居酒屋です。
看板はありますが、飾り気のない入り口の引戸は一見にはかなり入りづらい感じで、隠れ家としての要素が強いお店です。TV局が多い土地柄もあいまって、有名人も利用するお店らしいです。
新栄飲み食い歴60年に近いヌシのような方からこちらの土鍋麻婆豆腐が絶品と教えていただきました。
内装はとても中華メインの居酒屋とは思えないぐらいお洒落で、カウンター席もあります。
今回は2軒目だったので、四川土鍋麻婆豆腐950円税込、ハイボール550円税込、メガハイボール750円税込のみをオーダー。
四川土鍋麻婆豆腐はグツグツ煮立った状態でラー油が飛び散ってます。人気メニューなので隣のテーブルの常連の方々もオーダーされてましたが、手慣れた手つきでおしぼりでガード！こちらもマネしてガードしました 笑
麻婆豆腐はかなり辛いのでハイボールに良く合います。唐辛子だけではなく他のスパイスやガーリック、ニラも入っていて、深い辛みがあります。
土鍋ですがツルッとした土鍋なので、最後の方は唐辛子のお焦げ的な風味も加わってすごく美味しかったです。
コレだけ食べただけでしたが、ノーチャージなのでかなりコスパが良い結果に 汗
今度はちゃんと1軒目で来ます。
