◇「中華Dining くうかい」さんとは？
名古屋市中区の「中華Dining くうかい」さん。

隠れ家的な中華屋さんに初訪問しました。
「中華Dining くうかい」さんは、中華の定番メニューからオリジナルの創作料理から宴会メニューなど幅広い層が楽しめる中華屋さんとなっていました。
◇アクセス
地下鉄の栄駅から徒歩7分ほど、また名古屋市営地下鉄東山線の新栄町駅の1番出口から徒歩5分にあります。
車では、専用駐車場がありませんので、近隣のコインパーキングへの駐車が必要です。
◇店内の雰囲気
店内はカウンター席と掘り炬燵席がありました。中華屋さんとは思えないバーのようで、落ち着いた雰囲気でした。お店の扉が赤いのも特徴的でした。

◇メニュー
メニューは豊富にありました。一般的な中華メニューからおすすめメニューまで揃っていました。いろいろ食べたい自分にとっては嬉しいメニュー量でした。
◇今回注文したメニュー
◆新名物石焼き麻婆飯
2〜3人前のボリュームでした。
熱々で麻婆豆腐がグツグツした状態で到着しました。
辛さと熱さで食べるのが大変ですが、美味しいので進みました。
美味しい麻婆飯でした。
◆地鶏の唐揚げ 甘辛
宮廷料理に使う宮保というタレを使用。
甘さがありタレが美味しい。
鶏肉と大きくジューシーでした。
◆肉ニラもやし炒め
もやしとニラが多く、味付けもシンプルでした。お肉も脂が少なく肉感が良かったです。全体のバランスが良く美味しかったです。
◆マグロユッケ
タレが美味しく最初の料理として良いおつまみになりました。
◇まとめ
全体的に美味しかったです。特に新名物石焼き麻婆飯は、ボリュームも多く辛さ加減も良く、コクもありました。ひき肉の量も適量で美味しかったです。
その他のメニューもボリュームが多く、複数人で行くとリーズナブルに楽しめると思います。カウンター席もあるので一人でも楽しめます。ただ、1人の方はボリュームに気をつけてください。
今度は複数人で行きたいと思います。
