何年ぶりに来たんだろう。塩ラーメンが絶品の、なるとやさんです。
大将は、名古屋の名店「如水」出身とのこと。
なるほど、だから如水系の魚介塩ラーメンですね、
スープは透き通った黄金色です＼(^o^)／
見た目以上に濃厚な複雑な旨味が、じわっときます。麺は細いストレート麺です(ﾟωﾟ)しっかり茹でられていて、ツルツルしてますが、スープがよく絡みます。チャーシューもメンマも旨いd=(^o^)=b
10年ぶりくらいですね～(ﾟωﾟ)
なかなか東新町に来なくなりましたからね。
たいへん美味しかったです。

名古屋の栄、東新町の東急ホテル南側にある、塩ラーメンの名店です(*^▽^*)
すぐ近くに、麺屋一龍さんがあって、ラーメンのハシゴをしようと訪れたのですが、なんと、麺屋一龍さんが閉店してるじゃありませんか?
この2軒の塩ラーメンが大好きだったのに、思いっきり残念です(✽ ﾟдﾟ ✽)
なるとやさんでは、塩ラーメン大盛（960円）を注文です。
う〜ん、やっぱ美味いっす(*^▽^*)
魚介系の旨塩スープと、細いストレート麺がよーく合います＼(^o^)／
