高岳駅から徒歩3分にある創業昭和五十一年の
老舗味樹園に友人との食事会で利用しました。
個室主体のプライベート感あふれる空間で
気になるものを色々といただきました。
先ずは塩タンから、旨みのある間違いない味で
タンとハラミの牛と豚の食べ比べも面白い。
一番驚いたのは、黒毛和牛カルビですが
秘伝の濃厚な甘辛タレを絡めたカルビは
肉のコクもしっかりあって圧倒的な美味しさ☆☆
幻の塩カルビも脂の甘みが素晴らしい肉で
黒毛和牛特選五種盛りは見事な希少部位ばかり。
肉寿司や和牛ユッケ風レアステーキも絶品で
石焼ガーリックライスは香ばしく濃厚な味わいが
最高に美味しかったです☆
