カウンターは目の前の鉄板で調理をしてもらえるので
臨場感たっぷり！
視覚・嗅覚・シェフの丁寧な説明から想像をかき立てられ、お料理を待つのも楽しいです♪
コースを注文し、前菜、牡蠣のステーキ、ポテトサラダ、牛ステーキ、食事、デザートのお品書きでした。
前菜は和惣菜の盛り合わせ、一つ一つ丁寧な味付け。
牡蠣はとても大きくてふっくら！
ソースもキノコとベーコンが入るなど、
調理を見ていて興味津々でした。
牛ステーキは、お店のこだわりで肉質が柔らかい雌牛を使っているそうです。もちろん目の前でフランベです。
柔らかい！とっても柔らかくて美味しい！
付け合わせのお野菜も美味しかったです。
すき焼きの割下のようなタレ、フォアグラ塩など4種の味付けでいただきました。
食事はこれも目の前で、言うなれば炒飯？を
手際よく味付けしていただきました。
味噌汁と漬物と一緒に。一緒にいただいた緑茶も美味。
デザートの黒糖プリンは本当に美味しかった！
お土産で買って帰りたいほどでした。
5月頃からずっと営業時間短縮されているそうです。
コロナ対策もしっかりされており
現在は1日3組限定だそうです。
この日は私達3人のみで、
カウンターでゆっくりと美味しいお食事を楽しむ事ができました。
