この日は平日ランチタイムでの訪問であったが、少し外で待たされるぐらい混んでいた。私は初の訪問であったがかなりの人気店のようである。
店内はL字状のカウンターのみで約8席・・・隣同士がとても近接する狭い店であった。ただしお客さんがひっきりなしに来るので大将と奥様がきびきびと無駄な動きがなく仕事をしているのを見ると「さすがプロ！」と思わず見とれてしまうぐらいであった。
中には券売機がありそこで食券を買い待つこと約10分、ラーメンがやってきた。この日のオーダーは特製しょうゆラーメンである。こちらは辛い系の台湾ラーメンも人気のようでお客さんの食べているのを見るとほぼ半分は台湾系のラーメンを食べているようであった。
麺はかなり黄色のものであったが歯応えも良くとても美味しかった。スープはとてもコクがありしょうゆラーメンとしては名古屋でもトップクラスではないかと思えるぐらいであった。
そしてチャーシューはあっさり目でしっかりとしょう油の味がしてこのラーメンにはピッタリのものであった。
煮卵は黄身がトロトロタイプ・・・スープとマッチしてとても美味しかった。
この店美味しいなあ～～今まで行かなかったのが悔やまれるのである。
また近いうちに再訪したい。
