建物は、これまで上の階のバーの方に
何度か連れてって貰ったり
自分たちでも2軒目使いなどで行ったことがあって
焼肉(今回は自分たちで焼く肉は食べてないけど笑)
初めて。
今回は一休で見つけて
クチコミで不安になった為
お試しとして、
鉄板黒毛和牛ハンバーグの2980円？の安いコースで！
食べたいのがあれば追加って思っていきました。
ただ、この日かなりの暑さ
店内は涼しいけれど
時間帯が早く、まだ西陽が。
同席の方が炭火焼きの焼肉は
きっと熱いから火を使わないものでとおっしゃられたので…
上タン刺身と赤海老コチュジャン漬けをプラスしました。
焼肉店で焼肉を食べないと言う新しいスタイル…
▷コースには前菜3点盛りやグリーンサラダ、海鮮チヂミ、ご飯にミニスープ、プチデザート付き
チヂミは表面こんがりと焼けて、野菜多めで海鮮はあまり分からないくらいに控えめな量で入ってました。イカとエビの細かいのが。
ドレッシングや前菜、スープなどがかなり薄味
ハンバーグはステーキダレで玉ねぎが刻んで入って、甘みと濃さもそこそこありました！
たぶん手ごねハンバーグかな？とも思うけど
一度冷凍してありそうな雰囲気。
ナムルのような野菜も添えてあり、
ハンバーグの下にはたまねぎ。
鉄板はそんな熱くなくて、肉汁やソースなどが飛び跳ねることはなかったです。
お肉自体は旨味のあるものなのですが、
感動できるような味わいではなく
ちょっと表現しづらいのですが
当たり障りないような特徴に欠けるかなと思いました。
二度おなじものを食べたいか聞かれると
一度でいいですね
この日はたん刺しが生姜醤油で食べる感じがさっぱりして、気に入ったのと
おなじく単品のエビが甘くてタレはピリ辛で美味しかった⭐︎
次回、もし機会があれば
普通に焼肉をたべてみたいです！

席は区切ってある半個室もあるようでしたが
通路に合わせて縦並びになっています…
そして、トイレがそのお席を通って1番奥。
トイレからの眺めは街の夜景が一望できます
(バーの方だともっと暗めで空に浮かんでる感じがある)
初めてお連れする方にはサプライズ感とか喜んでもらえるかも。
