正月にベトナムに行ってきたのですが本場の高級レストランそのもののフォーとバインミーで感動した。特に揚げ春巻がハノイで食べたまんまで感動した。ベトナムと言うと生春巻ですが実際は揚げたものの方に軍配が上がるかな。
