地下鉄高岳駅から歩いて１０分ほどの場所にあるパティスリーです、休日の午前中に利用してみました。店内にはテーブル３卓のカフェスペースもあり店内でコーヒーなどのドリンクとともにケーキをいただいていくこともできます。１１時３０分ころに入りましたがテイクアウトのお客さんは何組もみえていましたがカフェ利用の方はいませんでした。
この日はワタクシもテイクアウトでの利用、店内にはショーケースに並ぶケーキにいろんな焼き菓子などなかなか魅力的なものがいろいろありましたがその中から純正白壁ロールとリーフパイ、ミニクグロフの３点を購入です。
純正白壁ロールは本くず粉をトッピングして焼き上げたロールケーキ、ふんわりとした食感の生地と優しい味わいのフレッシュな生クリーム、この味わいのバランス感が見事ですね。
一方のリーフパイもパリッパリの心地よい食感とともにバターの味わいがしっかり口の中に広がります、なかなかに美味しいリーフパイでした。
