さて、昨晩はいろいろあって、なんか飲みたい気分で、そこに友人が「美味しいパンを手に入れたから持って行く」と言うので、どうせ我が家まで来るのなら飲みに行こう！と、私は本日が休診日ということで、水曜の夜は気楽なんで、相手の迷惑顧みず、無理やり街に出た。
さて、複数の候補から、最近できた串揚げ屋に決まった。私は揚げ物が好きだ！しかし、年齢とともにだんだん揚げ物も食べられなくなりつつある。という訳で、串揚げ屋もラーメンと同じように「食べている内に飽きてくる」ので、あまり行くことが無い。しかし、今回の店は従来の串揚げの概念を打ち破る、油っぽさが皆無のいくらでも食べられる、軽〜い串揚げ！だ。ということで30串食べきったが、意外なほど胸焼け感が無い。というか、揚げ物を食べた感じがしない。天ぷら屋よりなんか軽〜い揚げ上がりで、なんか爽やか！という意外な食後感だった。なお、味の方は、過去私が食べた串あげの中では一番美味しく感じた串揚げだった！
