千亀を出る前に次の店をチェック。時刻は19:28。あらかじめリストアップしていたインカ飯に電話すると20時閉店でラストオーダーは19:30との返答。
あと2分で入店は無理。無理くり交渉して19:45まで猶予をもらう。さらに先に料理を頼む事にしてペルーの代表食ロモサルタードとジャガイモのサラダをオーダー。そして店へと向かった。
店内は案の定貸し切り。ほんとに来た！という表情のスタッフに案内されてテーブルに座る。頼んでおいたものをお願いしますと言うとすぐに運ばれてきた。ちゃんと作っておいてくれたのは嬉しい。
店内は何らかの居抜きと思われるがアンデス山脈やマチュピチュの写真を飾りペルーの雰囲気を出している。アルパカのぬいぐるみも置いてある。でも座敷があったりする。この辺りの海外店はそんなもんだよね。
ロモサルタードは牛肉と野菜の醤油炒め。あまり独特の風味はなく日本人の口に合う。ジャガイモサラダは日本では作らないタイプの料理。蒸したジャガイモのスライスに何やら味わい深いソースがたっぷりかかる。
このソースが特徴的でくどくもないし辛くもない。何だろう？そのあたり聞く余裕もなく慌ただしく食べて店を出たが時間のある時にゆっくり楽しみたい店。
同じ南米なので料理ラインナップも味もブラジルに似ているけど高地だけに芋とか多そう。スタッフの人は日本語ペラペラだしあまりディープではない分敷居は低い。
