お誘いがあってペルー料理屋さんに行ってきました♪
まず内装がすごい。壁が真っ赤に塗られ、ナスカの地上絵のようなデザインが施されていて、とっても素敵です。
行きつけだという知人のおすすめでセレクト。飲み物は、画像無くてすみませんがトウモロコシのドリンク。色は赤ワインを濃くしたようなトウモロコシのイメージとは程遠い色。
お料理は、一枚目の画像の、チャーハンのようなものに同じ味付けのチキンが乗った、チキンライス。パクチーの味がほんのりしていて美味しい！これはパクチー以外は変わった味はしません。添えられた黄色い目玉のようなものは、おいも。ちょっと辛いです。
二枚目の画像は牛肉と野菜を焼いたもの、フライドポテト、白米のプレート。これも普通になじみある感じの味で美味しい。
三枚目はお刺身サラダのようなもの。レモンかお酢でしめてあるお刺身にたっぷりのレモンとパクチーで味付け。玉ねぎのスライスや、ゆでたトウモロコシと乾燥したカリカリのトウモロコシが添えられています。
これはあまり日本ではない食べ方ですがとっても美味しかったです！すっぱいのとパクチーが苦手でなければおすすめ。
唯一、トウモロコシドリンクは苦手でした。かなり独特の味と香りがします。韓国のトウモロコシ茶のような香ばしいお茶みたいなものを想像していたら、完全に違うので後悔するでしょう。
あま～いドリンクにクローブみたいな風味がしますが、これを初めて美味しく感じてごくごくいけちゃう日本人は多くないかもしれません。
