この日はお友達に誘われてサロン イナシュヴェさんにランチです。お初です。
場所は東片端の洋菓子ボンボンの並び。ビルの二階でことほぎさんなんかも入っています。
本日はGWという事で数日限定のランチイベントで、はるばる九州の方からシェフのお父さんも料理に参加されるという事でした。ちなみにお父さんはお鮨職人なので本日鮨も頼めますｗ。なんと豪華な。。
本来は一日一組限定でコースのみですが、お料理もアラカルトで頼めました。
もちろんお鮨も一貫から。
鮎だったりボタン海老だったりホッキ貝だったり何だか海鮮ばかり頼んでしまいましたｗ。そしてお父さんのお鮨も。どれもこれもとーっても美味しかったです。次回は夜のサロンイナシュヴェさんでシェフのお料理をぜひフルコースで頂いてみたいなと思いました。
