かなり前の備忘録である。
場所は広小路沿いのちょうど新栄から少し東に行ったビルの地下にある。その奥には紹介制の濱乃屋さんがあるところだ。
階段を降りるとすぐに入口があり扉を開けると奥の方にいたシェフが出てきてくれて奥の方の席に案内してくれた。料理を中断してまで出てきてくれたのかな？？
今はどうか知らないがその時にはこちらはワンオペだったのだ。カウンターだけのお店ならそれでも良いが、やはり料理と接客はお一人ではどちらも大変だろうと思う。
しかしこちらのシェフはどうやらそれに慣れているみたいでかなりテンポよくサーブと料理を出してくれた。飲み物を含めて遅いと思ったことはなかった。
まず最初は蟹と雲丹の冷製の前菜であった。蟹の下には確かアボカド？だったような気がするが正直覚えていない。しかしとても美味しかった。そして2品目は鱧であった。焼いた鱧にオリーブオイルをかけたものであったがこれもgood!! なかなかやるな！という感じである。
そして蛤とオクラのスープ、パスタはトマトとバジルであった。パスタは手打ちかな？？食感が良く私の好きな味であった。
メインは牛のローストではあったがこれもなかなか美味しかった。
今の営業形態は分からないがきっと料理もかなり進化しただろうな・・改めてまた再訪したい。
