階段を降りた先にある美しい空☆ベルチエロ
少し前のお話です。
中区東桜にありますイタリアンレストラン、ベルチエロさんにお邪魔しました～
コチラはグルメな友人のオススメで知ったレストランなのですけど元はガッルーラさんにいらしたシェフのお店でございました。
地下にあるお店なのですけど、私が伺った時は地上が工事中でしてちょっぴり分かりにくくて隠れ家感がマシマシでしたよん。
白を基調として木の温もりも感じられる明るい店内は店名のベルチエロの意味である「美しい空」の爽やかなイメージとも重なりますね～
テーブル席に個室やカウンターもあるこだわりの空間ですが今回はオープンキッチンになったカウンターを希望しました。
メニューはコースもありますがやっぱりアラカルトがスキ。
この日は他にお客が一組だった事もあってシェフとお話しながら食べたい感じのお料理を作っていただきました。
うーん、贅沢。
まずは泡をいただきながらの豪華な前菜盛り合わせ。
新鮮そのものって感じの海老ちゃん、そして雲丹。
も～このビジュアルは堪らないでしょ！
最初の一杯が瞬殺でしたわ
パスタはホワイトアスパラとブルーチーズだっけ？
間違ってたらごめんなさい。
しっかし美味しかったって事は間違いないです！
お魚は確かのど黒！
そしてタラの芽のフリットだったかな？
季節を感じる美味しいお皿です。
お肉は和牛。
これに安納芋だったかな？
火入れ抜群でこれも良かった～
お料理はどれもその時期に旬で美味しいものを使われていまして中でも野菜はシェフのご実家で採れたものが中心というこだわりようでございます。
ホント、素材の良さが実感できるお料理達でした。
ワインもお料理に合わせてグラスで色々出していただいて大満足。
やっぱりイタリア料理にはイタリアワイン。
シチリアのワイン、美味しかったな。
後から見ると写真微妙だしお料理名も間違ってるかも、って感じですがシェフはと～っても優しい方なんです。
きっと許してくれるハズ！
またオーダーメイドコースをいただきに伺いたいと思います♪

以前の口コミを見ると2018年におじゃましてました。
少し？ご無沙汰してましたね。
この日はコース料理を頼んでいただいてました。
ガッルーラ出身のシェフが作るイタリアンはどれも
間違いなしの美味しさ！
その中でもやっぱり私は魚介を使った前菜がスキ♪
新鮮な素材を活かした海老とキャビアのお皿の美しいビジュアルがたまりません。
シャンパーニュの後には美味しいワインもチョイスしていただいて大満足の夜でした☆
またアラカルトでも伺いたいお店です。
