I tried this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant on a weekend night, located about 3 minutes walk from Shin-Sakaemachi Subway Station. There are about 6 counter seats, 3 tables, and a private room inside. I entered around 9 pm, and there was only one other customer. The menu includes standard meats such as short ribs, loin, and skirt steak, as well as chicken, pork, Seafood, and limited quantity meats listed on the blackboard menu. We received marbled chicken fillet, chicken liver sashimi, green onion salted Cow tongue, garlic skirt steak, turtle mushrooms, etc. You can tell that the chicken is very fresh, and the marbled chicken fillet is very meaty.I eat it with chive soy sauce and egg yolk, which perfectly matches the delicate taste of the chicken fillet. All of the beef was of a very good quality, especially the green onion salted Cow tongue, which was sliced thinly but had a distinct texture and flavor that was very delicious. There's also a counter, so you can easily enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) alone. I personally love Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants like this, thank you for the meal.
