直接訪問。3人先客。
◾️アクセス・外観
駐車場は無く、コインパーキングか徒歩。
新栄駅から5分くらい。近くに安めのパーキングあり。薄暗めの地下に入っていくアングラな感じ。
◾️席数・内観
席数は10席で、こじんまりとしている。ロックバンドのライブビデオが常に流れている。
◾️スタッフ・サービス
必要十分な対応。行った時はワンオペで提供に時間がかかると書いてあったが先客も少なかったため10分くらいで着丼。
◾️メニュー/ラインナップ
醤油も塩もあるが人気は味噌のようだ。
◾️注文料理/商品
・なまら厚切りチャーシューラーメン味噌
…なまら厚切りと書いてあるのは伊達じゃない。分厚い。2センチくらいある。のにも関わらず箸で解けるほど柔らかく、脂もしつこくなくおいしい。
・辛肉ラーメン味噌
…辛肉(ひき肉)が良いアクセント。味噌に辛味がよく合う。麺も黄色縮れ麺で好みなタイプ。
