【2021.3.12 初訪問】
先月、とあるお鮨屋さんの貸切会でお隣になった方から、最近、お薦めのお店とかありますか？と尋ねた際に教えて頂いたのが此方のお店の存在とお薦めの「トリュフの土鍋御飯」。
その方も、彼方此方のお店行かれているので、美味しそうなお店情報は、とても有難い！
という事で、此方のお店へ一刻も早く伺いたかったのだが、コロナによる緊急事態宣言中だと、友人を誘い難い！
が、2月下旬辺りから、緊急事態宣言の前倒し解除の話や飲食店の時短営業が一時間繰下げられるなど、少しずつ緩和される方向に動き始めたので、友人を誘い、お店を予約しました。
その際、お薦めの「トリュフの土鍋御飯」があるか確認しましたが、生憎、時期的に終わっており、今は、「蟹の土鍋御飯」なんです。との事。
うーん、お薦めの「トリュフの土鍋御飯」が食べたかったが、無いものは仕方ない。
当日、予約の時間にお店に伺い店内へ入ると、履物の片付けや雨具の纏め等、入店する際のサービスは問題なかったのだが、料理等を注文すると、食べ手側の進み具合など見図らず、ドンドン提供してきてテーブルが一杯に。
お店側の都合で、料理を提供するのでなく、食べる側の進み具合を確認しながら、料理を出して欲しいなー。
あまりに状況を判断できなさ過ぎて、店員さんに、料理をゆっくり出して貰えませんか？とお願いする始末。
食べ手側の進み具合に合わせ難い料理（今回だと一からご飯を炊き上げる「トリュフ土鍋御飯」）も、注文された側から、直ぐに取り掛かったためか、まだお肉を食べてる途中で、テーブルに届いてしまい、トリュフの炊き込みご飯を食べる頃には、少し冷めてしまってました。
チェーン店の格安焼肉屋なら、アルバイトを多用し、注文を捌き切るのと、お店の回転率を高めるため、ゆっくりと食事する事などを考慮しないサービスも、ある意味仕方ないと思いますが、此方のお店の商品の金額からすると、ゆっくり食事するお店だと思うんです。
価格に見合ったサービスを受けたいと思うのは、客側からの要望としては筋だと思うので、もう少し、サービスについての教育を施して頂けると、お客さんからの支持も上がるかと思います。

約二ヶ月振りに再会した女友達は、このコロナ禍の中、プライベートで色々あったようで、聞く話聞く話、驚きの連続！笑
とっても楽しく、もっと話を聞きたかったが、まだまだ時短営業中という事もあり、少し消化不良気味で、本日は解散する事に。
