名古屋視察3件目は
新栄にある「ラコンチャ」さんへ
ここのシェフは、
以前名古屋で有名なスペイン料理やで
数件修行をされて、開業前には
スペインに一人旅に行くほどの
スペイン好き
見た目もファンキーですごく
フランクなオーナーシェフさんです。
では、早速中へと
思いきや、
入口に青い網が‥
これは、料理人なら一目でわかります
自家製のカラスミを作っています。
ここからでも、料理に対しての
エスプリを感じますね❗️
中へ入ってみると、
木目を主張に
スペインのカラーが散りばめられた、
落ち着いた雰囲気。
その中にスペインの陽気な
雰囲気を感じさせてくれる店内です。
今回は、ふらっと立ち寄ったので、
まずはシェリーを1杯。
タパスで今の旬の
白子のフリットを頂きました。
白子もしっかり処理されていて、
揚げ具合も最高でした。
シンプルに料理が上手なシェフだなと感じました。
盛り上がり、ついつい2杯目を‥
次回は、しっかりディナーを
食べにきたいと思います。
