取引先様に連れて来て頂き、楽しみにしていたラトリエケーさんへ初訪問。
最初のホットサンドから最後のデザートまで、一品一品を丁寧に目の前で作って頂き、出来る行程を楽しみながら食事をする事が出来、また、今日は控えめにしましたが、お酒も非常に美味しいものを揃えておられ、食事・会話を楽しむ事が出来ました。
鹿肉を使った料理は臭みも全くなく、赤みがとても柔らかく、めちゃくちゃ美味しい！
珍しい椎茸や旬の魚を使った料理も美味しく、大満足でした。
