トルコ料理からはしごでこちらへ訪問しました(^w^)
和居酒屋のすこぶるさんのほぼまどなりにある「ラ・クロアゼ」さん(^-^)
高級フレンチのサロンイナシュヴェの二号店でこちらは居酒屋感覚で気軽に立ち寄れるお店です。
フレンチをベースにしたおばんざい等が多種あり戴けます❤
私たちはまず生レモンサワーをオーダー。
これが変わっていてパコジェットで無農薬のレモンを皮ごと撹拌し凍らせたレモンシャーベット状のレモンを混ぜ混ぜして戴くサワーなんです❤
酸味はあまりないものの皮の苦味がダイレクトに出ていて私にはツボ❤

友人は苦味がきついと言ってましたが(^w^)
フードはおでんの大根、牛スジ麦酒煮込み、トリュフ豚足餃子、サバカレーをオーダーしました。
牛スジ煮込みが激ウマ❤
柔らかい牛スジは余分な脂抜きされ、ビールのほんのり苦味がキレとなり甘さもしつこくない仕上がりになって綺麗な後味なんです(*´ω｀*)
余ったタレは追い飯貰って絡めて戴くと二度の美味しさになりますよ＼(^o^)／
トリュフ豚足餃子もほんのりトリュフの香りがする豚足のゼラチンの旨みをダイレクトに感じるタネで皮もモチモチでかなり印象でした❤
サバカレーはココナッツミルクでかなりマイルドですがさらっとした飲めるカレー系で〆にももってこいでした(^w^)
スターターはクミンシードですね(^-^)
アーモンドスライスも結構入ってました。
中々クオリティ高いフレンチベースのお料理が戴けた印象でさすがイナシュヴェさんの二号店だけありますね❤
また再訪して今度は他のメニューも戴いてみたいと思います。
店主さんも気さくで笑顔に癒される印象でした(*´ω｀*)
