ランチ予算5000円制限時間1時間という簡単なようでなかなか難しいお店選びで決まったのですが大正解でした♪
大変美しい店内でお店の方も物腰が柔らかく、ゆったりと過ごせます。東京日本橋の牛肉料理「はせ甚」さんのお料理をリーズナブルに食べられるお店、みたいです。
しゃぶしゃぶというと和服の給仕の方が和室で調理してくれるイメージですが、ここはスタイリッシュなテーブルで、わりと自由にさせてもらえます。
すごーく綺麗に盛られた前沢牛は、高級ブランド牛の中では赤身が多く、しゃぶしゃぶには適材でした。赤身の柔らかさ、うまみ、絶品！！そんなに高級しゃぶしゃぶは食べたことはありませんが、さしが多すぎるのよりこっちですね。
お得な4100円の前沢牛しゃぶしゃぶのコースを予約、ありがたーくクーポンで烏龍茶をいただき、余った予算で豚しゃぶしました。みんな前沢牛で満足し終わってました。
ごまだれとぽんずだけではなく、しおこしょうなど薬味で食べるのがよかったです。野菜は5人分分けてくれてたけど鍋に入れたら分からんくなるんだけど。
1時間しかいれなかったけど、とても素敵なお店でした。ランチなのにお店の方が挨拶に来てくだって大変丁寧でした。またゆっくり行きたいです。
