前沢牛のお店があると聞き、いざ。
オレンジタウンの隣の建物のいちばん奥にあります。
なんだか入り口はおしゃれな美容室にも見えますね。
ほぼ個室なので、接待や同伴向きなのかも。
ステージやすき焼きのコースもありましたが
今回はしゃぶしゃぶコース8,800円
・つきだし2種
・前菜3種（もずく酢・トマトとセロリのサラダ・ハム）
・野菜
・サーロインとリブロース（たぶん）
・きしめん
・アイスクリーム
少し物足りなかったので、リブロースを追加で1人前。
お肉はくどすぎずあっさりしすぎずな程よい甘み。いくらでも食べられそうですね
しゃぶしゃぶ用でかなり薄切りなので、リブロースは火を通しすぎると分裂してしまうのが難点。
おいしいし、店内もきれいだけど、なんだか物足りなさを感じたのはなんなんだろう。笑
